Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Product Manager who can own the product vision, strategy, and execution end-to-end. This role requires a strong balance of business understanding, technical depth, and leadership, with the ability to work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision
• Define, communicate, and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and success metrics.

Product Development and Execution

• Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and scalable user experiences.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog by writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and provide clarity on technical requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, architectural decisions, and code reviews when required.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, CI/CD, and version control.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical audiences.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, internal teams, and partners to improve product features.

Project and Delivery Management

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product launches.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, SaaS trends, and product management best practices.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with technologies such as PHP, React JS, Node JS, Core PHP, SQL, and MySQL.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, data structures, and system design.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems such as Git.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech), preferably in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), preferably in Product
• Management, Strategy, Marketing, or Operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role with a strong technical background.
• Proven experience in leading the development and launch of complex software or SaaS products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B SaaS, AI-driven, or Talent Technology platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
• Product Management certifications such as CSPO, Pragmatic Marketing, or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
