The role 💡

They are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of their core AI and data platform and lead the development of new modules from the ground up.

This is a high ownership role working closely with senior leadership, data scientists and government stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and execution across a platform that is already live and evolving fast.

You will operate at the intersection of:

• AI and data platform development
• Government and public sector environments
• Complex data science and simulation modelling
• Enterprise and institutional product delivery

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage an existing roadmap. You will be defining it.

What you'll be doing ⚙️

Owning the product vision and strategy for the AI and data platform across multiple national deployments.

Defining the roadmap across:

• Data ingestion and structuring of complex government datasets
• Forecasting models and AI simulations
• Analytical and decision support tools for policymakers
• New modules built entirely from scratch including employer platforms and B2B deployments
• Leading deep customer and stakeholder discovery with government institutions, universities and enterprise clients.
• Working closely with data scientists on models, simulations and pipelines to translate complex outputs into intuitive user facing products.
• Partnering directly with senior government stakeholders and institutional decision makers.
• Driving products from early validation through to launch and scale across new markets and countries.
• Defining success metrics and iterating based on data, feedback and real world outcomes.
• Leading and mentoring a small team of associate product managers.

About you 🧠

You are a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguous, high impact environments where you are building something that has never existed before.

• 5 plus years in product management ideally including experience in data driven or AI products.
• Proven experience building data or AI platforms from scratch in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, modelling, analytics and AI or ML workflows.
• Deeply analytical with the ability to work closely with data scientists and translate complex outputs into clear product decisions.
• Comfortable working with government or institutional stakeholders and navigating regulated environments.
• Experience taking products from early stage through to live deployment at scale.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to define vision and execute in a fast moving, resource constrained environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and C level leadership.
• Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and taking full ownership in a small high impact team.
