Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the growth and management of our premium food and beverage portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong F&B/FMCG background who understands product lifecycle management, digital commerce, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market share.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from planning and sourcing to launch and performance optimization.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product execution.
• Plan and implement online marketing campaigns across digital channels to increase brand awareness and online sales.
• Collaborate with e-commerce platforms and digital partners to optimize product visibility and conversion rates.
• Monitor product pricing, promotions, margins, and overall commercial performance.
• Ensure effective inventory planning and stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to maintain efficient stock movement, inventory accuracy, and timely product distribution.
• Monitor product quality, compliance, packaging, and labeling standards.
• Prepare sales forecasts, demand planning, and performance reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager within the F&B or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of food products, retail operations, and consumer behavior.
Hands-on experience in digital marketing, online sales platforms, and e-commerce management.
Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP Business One experience is an advantage).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
