Mission of the Role
To lead and expand TruKKer’s
Air Freight product portfolio across the EU region
, driving both
commercial growth and operational excellence
. The Product Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Air Freight service — from carrier partnerships and pricing strategy to process optimization, digital product enablement, and margin management — ensuring TruKKer becomes a leading multimodal logistics partner in air freight.
Key Responsibilities:-
Product Leadership:
-
Develop and execute the commercial and operational roadmap for the
Air Freight product
across Europe, aligned with TruKKer’s growth and profitability targets.
Carrier & Partner Management:
-
Build and manage strong relationships with
airlines, freight forwarders, GSAs, and handling agents
to ensure competitive pricing, capacity access, and service reliability.
Commercial Strategy & Pricing:
-
Define and implement
pricing frameworks, rate cards, and value-added services
to enhance competitiveness and profitability. Collaborate with Sales teams on tenders and large-volume negotiations.
Operational Excellence:
-
Oversee day-to-day air freight operations — from booking and documentation to shipment tracking, customs coordination, and SLA adherence.

Ensure compliance with all
IATA, EU, and local aviation regulations
.
Process Standardization:
-
Design and implement
operational SOPs
across stations (EU, GCC, and Turkey), ensuring consistency, speed, and data accuracy across all shipments.
Digital Product Integration:
-
Collaborate with TruKKer’s Technology team to integrate air freight workflows into the
TruKKer digital platform
— including online quotations, tracking, and documentation modules.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
-
Continuously monitor
market trends, routes, carriers, and yield performance
, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Work closely with
Sales, Operations, Finance, and Compliance
to align product goals, customer experience, and profitability metrics.
Regulatory & Documentation Oversight:

Ensure accurate and timely management of
licenses, customs documentation, export/import regulations, and IATA requirements
.
P&L & KPI Ownership:

Own product-level P&L; drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and achievement of
budgeted revenue and volume targets
.
Job Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
(Master’s preferred).
Experience
-
3–5 years
in air freight or multimodal logistics with
at least 3 years in a product or P&L-owning role
.

Strong understanding of
air freight operations, customs, and documentation workflows
