Product Manager (Bhopal)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (In-office, 6 days/week)

Compensation: ₹20 - ₹30 LPA + Attractive ESOPs

TechXR Innovations is pioneering immersive spiritual tourism with Durlabh Darshan, a VR platform offering virtual experiences of India's revered temples. We're seeking a product leader to drive our mission of blending technology, culture, and devotion.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will take complete ownership of the Durlabh Darshan platform. You will define the product vision, lead execution, and drive growth in a high-impact role shaping the future of spiritual tech.

Own Product Strategy & Execution: Define and manage the product roadmap from concept to launch. Utilize user data and market analysis to guide product decisions and ensure a strong product-market fit.

Drive User & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute product-led and go-to-market strategies to acquire and engage users, directly impacting revenue targets.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Guide engineering, design, and content teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time.

Champion the Product Vision: Act as the primary product evangelist, aligning all internal and external stakeholders with the product strategy and progress.

Pedigree: Degree from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, NITs, IIMs, etc.).

4+ years in product management role.

2+ years in an OTT, E-commerce, or content-driven platform is mandatory.

Proven track record of managing a product's full lifecycle.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Experience in a 0-to-1 startup environment.

Passion for emerging technologies like AR/VR.

Technical know-how, with some past experience as a developer.

Experience leveraging AI to increase productivity and enhance product features.
