What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience within large enterprises in supply chain functions, such as:
• Forecasting & demand planning
• Procurement & contracting
• Logistics & transportation
• Vendor management
• Supply planning, production planning, or S&OP
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise SaaS OR developing internal digital tools used by large supply chain or operations teams
• Strong background in process design, requirements gathering, workflow orchestration, and operational mapping
• Deep understanding of enterprise procurement & contracting workflows (RFPs, SOWs, vendor onboarding, approvals, compliance) — major plus
• Ability to translate complex operational problems into structured product requirements
• Familiarity with AI concepts — LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, orchestration frameworks
• Hands-on ability to prototype user flows and simple product experiences using AI-assisted tools such as Replit, Lovable, or similar low-code/AI-code platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to move fast, iterate, and thrive in a startup environment with evolving priorities

What You’ll Do

• Act as the bridge between supply chain operations and engineering, translating domain challenges into actionable product specs
• Own product discovery across critical supply chain capabilities:
• Forecasting
• Scheduling
• Procurement & contracting
• Logistics coordination
• Reconciliation & payments
• Map enterprise workflows end-to-end; identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation
• Define features that embed agentic AI, enabling the product to forecast, plan, negotiate, validate, and take operational actions autonomously
• Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted tools (Replit, Lovable, etc.) to validate ideas before full engineering investment
• Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and domain-specific business logic
• Engage directly with enterprise users to gather insights, test hypotheses, and refine product direction
• Work alongside engineering to translate requirements into scalable, production-grade SaaS capabilities
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion
• Ensure the product’s workflows meet enterprise-grade expectations in reliability, compliance, and usability
• Champion simplicity and clarity in user experience even when underlying workflows are complex
• Play an instrumental role in shaping the AI-powered supply chain operating platform we are building
