We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development of industry-aligned, project-based technology programs. This role is responsible for designing, launching, and scaling career-focused learning tracks that prepare learners for real-world roles in Cloud, AI, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering.
The Product Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of these programs — from market research and curriculum strategy to launch and performance optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product vision for career-focused tech programs
- Identify high-demand technology roles and skill gaps
- Build quarterly and annual product roadmaps
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research
Program & Curriculum Development
- Design structured, milestone-based learning tracks (3–6 months)
- Translate job role requirements into practical curriculum frameworks
- Define project-based modules and final capstone deliverables
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and industry relevance
Learning Experience Design
- Develop cohort-based and self-paced learning models
- Structure mentorship workflows, code reviews, and live sessions
- Define hands-on lab requirements with DevOps teams
- Ensure learner engagement and measurable skill progression
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with:
- Technical Content Engineers
- Subject Matter Experts
- DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure teams
- UI/UX & LMS teams
- Marketing & Sales teams
- Align stakeholders around product goals and timelines
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor program performance metrics:
- Completion rate
- Learner satisfaction (NPS)
- Retention rate
- Revenue per cohort
- Continuously improve curriculum quality and learner outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of Product Management experience
- Experience in EdTech, IT training, or digital learning platforms
- Strong understanding of Cloud, DevOps, AI, or Software Engineering domains
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
