JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Product Manager with strong expertise in Product Management and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM). The ideal candidate will also possess a good understanding of retail store operations, enabling them to design and deliver CRM solutions that align with business goals and improve customer engagement across retail channels.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including business stakeholders, engineering, design, and retail operations—to define product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and deliver impactful solutions that drive business performance and customer satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to retail backend operations, inventory workflows, and POS systems.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and technical teams (with focus on X++ or ERP-related configurations).
- Support implementation, testing, and deployment of enhancements in POS and retail systems.
- Collaborate with developers to validate backend logic, system interfaces, and data flows.
- Conduct impact analysis for new features and changes in retail backend operations (pricing, stock management, store operations, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, business rules, and workflow diagrams.
- Assist QA teams in developing test cases and validating system changes.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization in retail backend functions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Functional Consulting, or Business Analysis roles involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Retail/Commerce modules).
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, store processes, inventory workflows, and backend retail systems.
- Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical documentation for development teams.
- Working knowledge of X++ configurations, integrations, or related ERP system enhancements is preferred.
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management—from requirement definition to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, operations, and business users).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in process design and documentation.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and use of product or project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (CE or Retail) and/or Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
