About the Energy for Health Program

The Energy for Health (E4H) Program enhances health delivery by powering infrastructure with sustainable energy and efficient solutions. SELCO has implemented solar systems in over 8,000 health facilities and aims to extend support to 25,000 healthcare facilities by 2026.

About the E4H Digital Platform

The E4H Platform manages decentralized renewable energy systems in public healthcare. Built on the secure DIGIT platform, it features the Incident Management System (Saura-eMitra), operational in over 5,000 facilities. Future enhancements include an Analytical Dashboard, Asset Management, and Project Management tools, with the aim to onboard 7,000 healthcare facilities by 2025.

Position Overview

SELCO Foundation seeks a Product Manager to drive sustainable energy solutions for last-mile communities, focusing on reimagining public health infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Vision & Strategy: Define product vision aligned with E4H goals.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
• User Research: Conduct interviews and analyze feedback to enhance the product.
• Roadmap Development: Maintain and communicate the product roadmap.
• Product Development: Oversee the lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Feature Prioritization: Assess features based on impact and resource availability.
• Launch Planning: Manage product launches, including training and support.
• Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs to gauge success and improve future iterations.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement user feedback for ongoing product relevance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 8-10 years in tech development and product delivery.
• Digital Expertise: Proven track record in digital product functions.
• Research Proficiency: Strong analytical skills for user and market insights.
• Project Management: Effective timeline and budget management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive Mindset: Action-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
