We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong track record of leading product line strategy, development, and growth within the Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) market—specifically ERVs utilizing enthalpic wheel technology. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of HVAC or building energy systems product management experience, deep insight into the North American applied ERV and enthalpic wheel market, and an ability to drive competitive product strategies from concept through commercial success.

You’ll also support key customers and sales channels with technical presentations, industry insights, and field knowledge.

A strong understanding of ERV applications, energy recovery fundamentals, psychrometrics, and industry codes is essential (ASHRAE 90.1, 62.1, 62.2, HVI, I-Codes, and Canadian equivalents).
