Founded in 2019 and acquired in October 2020 by Zynga, who joined the Take-Two roof as of May 2022.

Rollic has over 3.5 billion downloads across its diverse portfolio of games and, thanks to an intensive development process utilizing a massive test pipeline, has a steady cadence of globally hit titles such as Color Block Jam, Timeline Up, Crowd Express: Boarding Puzzle, Hole People, Knit Out, all of which have gained millions of downloads worldwide within a few months after their release.

Main Responsibilities

• Continuously improve game experience through player feedback, data, and experimentation
• Design and evolve game mechanics, progression systems, live events and monetization features
• Form clear hypotheses and validate them through A/B tests and statistical analysis
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle,
• Build, prioritize, and maintain product roadmaps in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Collaborate closely with game managers, developers, artists, analysts and growth teams
• Balance speed, quality, and impact while working under tight deadlines

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management (gaming experience strongly preferred)
• Strong problem-solving mindset: ability to break down complex problems, ask the right questions, and structure clear solutions
• Data-oriented approach with experience defining success metrics and making data-informed decisions
• Solid understanding of mobile casual or hybrid-casual games and player behavior
• Experience contributing to or owning product roadmaps and prioritization
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional game team
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of product quality and player experience
