Join the Windows Lifecycle team in Windows Experiences—our mission is to grow the Microsoft+ ecosystem via Windows, the primary gateway to Microsoft’s services.
This role accelerates Microsoft+ growth from Windows with a strong focus on driving subscribers engagement and Game Pass subscriptions, making Windows the best place to play through deeply integrated Xbox and Game Pass experiences. By shaping end‑to‑end Windows lifecycle moments—spanning Device + Account onboarding, everyday usage, and upgrade/refresh—you’ll drive Windows retention and engagement while increasing the long‑term value customers realize from Windows and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver features: Translate customer needs into product features and guidance, partnering across product groups and stakeholders.

Drive AI-forward innovation: Embed AI as a core competency in product design and user experience. Move from static specs to rapid experimentation and model-first thinking, applying AI actively in day-to-day workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.

Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance the developer experience.

Roadmap Management: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to the team.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management.

Proven experience in multiple software product development methodologies.

Effective cross-group collaboration skills with a proven ability to drive results in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.

2+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).

2+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
