Salla, the leading SaaS e-commerce enabler in the region, is in search of a dedicated and innovative Product Manager to join its dynamic team.
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering product strategy and execution for our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop products that resonate with our merchants and their customers while driving growth and enhancing user experience.
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap that aligns with Salla’s business objectives.
- Engage directly with merchants and users to gather insights, identify pain points, and validate new product ideas.”
- Collaborate with design (using Figma) and engineering teams (through Jira) to ensure seamless delivery of features and alignment across all stakeholders..
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategies.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and market validation to launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and features within budget.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Business, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in SAAS or digital product management, preferably within the tech or e-commerce sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute product strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proficiency in Figma and Jira, with hands-on experience in agile product development.
- Experience in marketplace management, with a demonstrated history of developing or overseeing digital marketplace products (B2C or B2B). A comprehensive understanding of supply-demand dynamics, seller onboarding processes, and optimizing the buyer's journey is essential..
- A strong enthusiasm for e-commerce accompanied by a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
