About Zhende Medical

Zhende Medical, founded in 1994 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (603301), is a leading global manufacturer of medical consumables with more than 7,000 employees worldwide. Our portfolio spans advanced wound care, surgical solutions – including drapes, gowns and customised procedure packs – infection prevention and personal protective equipment, trusted by hospitals and healthcare professionals in over 100 countries.

Zhende Middle East is the group’s regional hub, driving growth across the Middle East and Africa by bringing clinically proven, high-quality products closer to the region’s healthcare providers and distribution partners.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Product Manager – MEA to own and grow our regional product portfolio. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will define the product strategy for the Middle East and Africa across our advanced wound care, surgical solutions, infection prevention and PPE ranges – translating clinical needs and market insight into winning product positioning, pricing and launch plans. You will work closely with regional sales, distributors, regulatory, supply chain and the global product team at headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

•   Own the MEA product portfolio across its lifecycle – from selection and positioning through launch, growth and rationalization.

•   Develop go-to-market plans, pricing strategies and clinical value propositions for each product line.

•   Lead new product launches and localization initiatives across MEA, coordinating cross-functional readiness.

•   Analyze market trends, competitor products, pricing and tender intelligence to guide portfolio decisions.

•   Build product training, sales-enablement tools and technical/clinical materials for sales teams and distributors.

•   Engage KOLs and clinical stakeholders to validate product value and channel field feedback into the roadmap.

•   Partner with Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure product registration, availability and compliance.

•   Support tenders with product specifications, technical dossiers and compelling value arguments.

•   Track product performance, forecast demand and manage margins against commercial targets.

What You Bring

•   5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in medical devices, medical consumables, pharmaceuticals or the wider healthcare industry.

•   Proven track record of managing product portfolios, launching products and driving growth in the Middle East; MEA or GCC scope is a strong plus.

•   Strong commercial and analytical skills – pricing, forecasting, market analysis and tender support.

•   Solid grasp of the clinical and technical side of medical products, with the ability to translate it into compelling value propositions.

•   Comfortable working with sales teams, distributors, regulatory bodies and tender-driven markets.

•   Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

•   Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business or Marketing; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

•   Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate; willingness to travel across the region.

What We Offer

•   A high-visibility regional role with real ownership – you shape the MEA product portfolio.

•   The backing of a global, publicly listed medical manufacturer with a broad, clinically trusted portfolio.

•   Competitive package aligned with experience, plus performance incentives.

•   Growth path within a fast-expanding regional organisation.
