Zarminali Pediatrics is building the nation's leading pediatric multispecialty group, focused on supporting families to shape healthy futures for their children – from birth through adulthood – by completely transforming the way pediatric care is delivered nationwide. We are tackling today's challenges of increased administrative burden on clinicians and a siloed approach to pediatric care through intentional design of care delivery, enhanced by leading technology and collaborative, expert care teams.

Our name, inspired by our founder's daughter's name – Zarmina – means "something that is more precious to you than gold". We couldn't think of anything that better represents the way parents and caregivers hold the relationship with their children as the most valuable gift, and how we at Zarminali approach care for each child with equal reverence.

We strive for a healthier future for pediatric patients and a happier future for pediatric clinicians nationwide, and we are looking for people to join us in achieving this vision. If you are eager to join a growth stage company and be part of the early team that is shaping the foundation of both the company and the delivery of pediatric care, then this opportunity might be for you!

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Product Manager, Mobile to own the strategy, vision, and execution of our patient- and clinician-facing mobile applications. In this role, you will shape the end-to-end mobile experience, define the product roadmap, and ensure delivery of safe, engaging, and high-impact healthcare journeys across iOS and Android. This is an opportunity to build 01 healthcare products, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and directly influence patient care, clinical workflows, and health outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Product Strategy
    • Own the mobile product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company and clinical objectives.
    • Translate complex healthcare and operational workflows into simple, intuitive mobile experiences.
    • Identify product opportunities that improve patient engagement, health outcomes, and clinician efficiency.
    • Partner with leadership to prioritize features using data, research, technical insights, and clinical input.
  • Execution & Delivery
    • Drive the full lifecycle of mobile features—from discovery and design through development, release, and iteration.
    • Define user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
    • Collaborate closely with Mobile Engineering (React Native / Flutter) to ensure predictable delivery and high-quality execution.
    • Use analytics, user feedback, and usability insights to make data-informed decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with Design to develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mobile interaction patterns.
    • Partner with Clinical teams to ensure workflows are safe, accurate, compliant, and optimized for real-world use.
    • Collaborate with Data teams to ensure instrumentation, analytics, and reporting are included in every feature.
    • Work with Compliance, Security, and Operations to ensure HIPAA-compliant, secure mobile experiences.
  • Customer & User Understanding
    • Conduct discovery and user research with patients, caregivers, and clinicians.
    • Validate assumptions through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and in-app analytics.
    • Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and exceptional usability across patient and clinician experiences.
    • Build empathy for diverse user groups, including families, chronic condition patients, and care teams.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 3–7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with direct mobile product ownership.
  • Proven track record shipping mobile products (iOS, Android) in consumer, B2B, or B2B2C environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional engineering and design teams.
  • Strong product sense and ability to define clear, compelling mobile user journeys.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
  • Understanding of mobile analytics, experimentation, and KPI interpretation.
  • Healthcare or digital health experience (HIPAA, PHI, clinical workflows).
  • Familiarity with React Native, Flutter, or mobile development concepts.
  • Experience with notifications, engagement tooling, or retention systems.
  • Background in accessibility, localization, or multi-region mobile deployments.
  • Experience with research, design thinking, or lean product methodologies

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • The opportunity to build meaningful mobile healthcare experiences that directly improve patient lives.
  • A high-impact role shaping the future of mobile products in a rapidly scaling organization.
  • Collaboration with a world-class engineering, design, clinical, and product leadership team.
  • A mission-driven culture focused on innovation, outcomes, and patient-centered care.
  • Competitive compensation, generous benefits, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
