Product Manager (New Grad)

Leap Games is a casual mobile gaming startup based in Sarıyer / Istanbul. We produce and publish casual puzzle games.

We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager who values an enjoyable work atmosphere and will make a difference in the mobile gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility to develop new game ideas and build them from scratch with our amazing team!
• Manage and track development schedules and workflows
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Follow current mobile game trends and gather market intelligence
• Develop and monitor data-driven analytics
• Create business models and analyze the competitive landscape

Qualifications

• Good analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
• Passion for playing with data, puzzles and algorithms
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
