ROLE PURPOSE
The Product Manager - Pharma will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for the assigned OTx portfolio (Rx & OTC) in alignment with organizational objectives to achieve sustainable long-term growth across the METAP region. The role will also provide business analytics support to the division to enable data-driven decision-making.
Roles And Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Campaign Execution

Insights Generation: Generate sharper insights around Patient Journey and Customer Behaviour in assigned categories

Brand Strategy and Execution: Develop GTM strategy and marketing campaigns for existing and new products; drive execution across Physicians, Pharmacies, and E-commerce/Digital channels

Develop GTM strategy and marketing campaigns for existing and new OTx products

Drive execution across Physicians, Pharmacies, and E-commerce/Digital channels

Support marketing initiatives for E-commerce platforms and in-pharmacy trade
Business Analytics & Reporting

Prepare Monthly Business Reviews for the division

Lead Annual Budget preparation and tracking

Analyse brand and category performance data

Deliver ad-hoc analytics to support commercial decisions

Qualification & Experience

4 years experience in brand management in Consumer Healthcare (OTC) / Pharmaceutical is necessary.

Candidates from pharmaceutical industry must have experience in handling portfolio which involves both OTC and Rx channel marketing management

2-3 Years experience in handling OTC brands is strong plus

Experience in managing e-commerce will be an advantage

Full-time offline MBA from a reputed institute

Graduation in Health Sciences Stream (Pharmacy preferred)
