Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of retail store applications, with a strong focus on Workforce Management (WFM) solutions including scheduling, time & attendance, and labor optimization. This role requires close collaboration with store operations, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that enhance store productivity and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle for retail store applications, particularly employee Scheduling systems, Time and attendance tracking, Workforce management (WFM) tools
- Partner with store operations, HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into product features
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals
- Work closely with engineering and UX teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Analyze store-level data (labor costs, scheduling efficiency, compliance) to drive product improvements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and retail workforce regulations
- Conduct user research with store managers and associates to improve usability and adoption
- Manage backlog, prioritize features, and lead agile ceremonies
- Coordinate with third-party WFM vendors or integrations where applicable
- Drive rollout strategies, training, and adoption across retail locations
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in retail or workforce management domains
- Strong understanding of Scheduling systems, Time & attendance solutions, Workforce management (WFM) platforms
- Experience working with retail store operations or multi-location environments
- Proven ability to translate business needs into product requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with WFM tools such as UKG, Kronos, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of labor compliance regulations (e.g., shift laws, overtime rules)
- Background in enterprise SaaS or retail technology solutions
- Experience integrating POS, HRIS, or payroll systems

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
