The Visa is an AI startup based in Dubai that automates visa and migration services.
We develop products that are first implemented internally within the company and then scaled into standalone SaaS solutions for the international market.
Due to the company’s rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will take ownership of product development and scaling.
Role mission
Turn a battle-tested internal prototype into a scalable product that is used daily by sales specialists and managers, with clear value and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
Product discovery based on real data:
Conduct regular interviews and case reviews with sales specialists and managers; analyze real conversations and usage scenarios; identify where the product truly helps versus where it risks becoming “just another dashboard”.
Hypotheses and prioritization:
Define product niche and ICP, formulate product hypotheses and target metrics; transform fragmented requests into a transparent prioritization system (impact / effort / risk).
Roadmap and value delivery:
Build and maintain a clear roadmap; run fast cycles: hypothesis → launch → feedback → iteration.
From features to product:
Connect features into cohesive user flows (UX for sales specialists and managers) to ensure daily usage; design dashboards, flags, reports, notifications/triggers, and rules for interpreting results.
Team collaboration:
Write PRDs/specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; synchronize engineers, ML, and analytics teams; ensure release quality and outcome measurement.
Metrics and quality:
Define how value is measured (activation, retention, usage frequency, time-to-insight, impact on sales/coaching) and embed measurability by default.
Requirements
Experience:
3+ years in product management; preferably in B2B SaaS / data / analytics / AI-adjacent products. Experience with 0→1 or early-stage products is essential for this role.
Strong discovery skills:
Ability to talk to users, extract insights from the voice of the customer, and validate hypotheses rather than defend opinions.
Product thinking + analytics:
Confidence working with metrics, cohorts, and funnels; ability to justify decisions with data and real conversations/cases.
Communication and mature conflict handling:
Willingness to challenge the founder constructively, argue with facts, and make decisions under uncertainty.
Pace:
Comfortable with fast iterations and minimal bureaucracy (less “40 slides”, more meaning and results).
