Product Manager (SAFe / Agile)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Agile Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery within an Agile Release Train (ART).

In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the delivery of valuable, feasible, and high-impact solutions aligned with business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Manage and prioritize the program (ART) backlog
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams for execution
• Lead and participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning
• Guide teams on feature intent and business requirements
• Validate delivered features through system demos
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate outcomes and adjust priorities
• Drive continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt sessions
• Track product success using value-based metrics

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management, business, or technology roles
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong understanding of SAFe and Lean-Agile principles
• Experience working with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and PI planning
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into product features

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe certification (PMPO or similar)
• Experience in complex, multi-team environments
• Experience working with engineering and architecture teams

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $81,624.27 - $98,300.19 per year
