Product Manager (Software Products)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of software products, from ideation and strategy to execution and continuous improvement. The role requires strong business acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Align product initiatives with overall business and digital transformation goals
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery
• Identify new product opportunities and validate business cases
• Act as the primary interface between business, technology, and leadership
• Collaborate with sales, presales, marketing, and delivery teams to support go-to-market activities
• Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior management
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements
• Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI, and Engineering teams in Agile environments
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on value, risk, and effort
• Ensure timely delivery while managing scope, dependencies, and trade-offs
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data
• Define and track product KPIs and success metrics
• Continuously optimize product performance, usability, and adoption
  
  

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in Product Management within the software or technology industry
• Proven experience managing enterprise or B2B software products
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• APIs and system integrations
• Cloud-based architectures
• Modern software platforms
• Experience with digital transformation solutions (e.g., BPM, CRM, ERP, workflow systems) is a strong plus
• Experience in SaaS or platform-based products
• Exposure to presales activities and client-facing engagements
• Certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Scrum
