As Product Manager for Trading Experience, your mission is to elevate ADSS’s multi-asset trading platforms into a world-class experience that attracts, engages, and retains active traders. You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for trading-related features across web, mobile, and desktop - from discovery and design to launch and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Trading, Risk, and Commercial teams to ensure platform performance, feature quality, and execution speed meet professional trader expectations while remaining accessible to everyday clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the trading experience roadmap, ensuring feature development aligns with ADSS’s active trader strategy and business goals.
  • Translate the broader trading product vision into actionable feature initiatives — platform usability, order execution, portfolio management, charts, alerts, and analytics.
  • Benchmark against global CFD and brokerage competitors to ensure ADSS’s trading experience remains best-in-class.
  • Balance innovation (e.g., insights, AI-assisted tools) with reliability and platform stability.


Feature Development & Execution

  • Drive discovery and delivery for trading features — advanced charting, customizable alerts, order types, and risk management tools.
  • Work with engineering to refine latency, execution speed, and reliability metrics; partner with QA for continuous performance testing.
  • Lead user testing and beta programs with power users to validate new releases before full rollout.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Trading Desk and Dealing/Risk functions to understand operational workflows and trader pain points.
  • Align with Marketing and Client Success on messaging, onboarding, and user education for new platform features.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams on any feature that impacts order routing, leverage, or financial disclosures.
  • Support Customer Support and Ops teams with clear documentation and internal release notes for feature rollouts.


Data & Insights

  • Leverage analytics (conversion funnel, trading session activity, retention, feature adoption) to identify UX friction and prioritize fixes or enhancements.
  • Monitor KPIs such as trade frequency, time-to-first-trade, session retention, and NPS among active clients.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses for UX and feature performance.
  • Collaborate with Data Science to define event tracking and dashboards for trading behavior insights.


Execution & Process Discipline

  • Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to quarterly OKRs and trading KPIs.
  • Work in close partnership with Engineering and QA to plan sprints, define acceptance criteria, and validate releases.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs that communicate requirements clearly and concisely.
  • Track development progress in JIRA and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across platforms (mobile, web, MT5/ADSS Trader integration).


Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of Product Management experience, preferably in brokerage, trading, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of trading systems, CFDs, multi-asset instruments, and order execution flows.
  • Experience managing cross-platform trading products (mobile, web, or desktop).
  • Proven record of enhancing trading UX, increasing active user engagement, and improving retention metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration skills - comfortable working with trading, risk, compliance, and engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools ( Power BI or similar).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of translating complex trading concepts into clear user stories.
