Product Manager
to join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing digital initiatives across various markets. In this role, you will be at the heart of evaluating growth prospects, creating business cases, and collaborating with diverse teams to drive successful execution. Your work will directly impact the development of customer-focused, scalable, and commercially successful solutions.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate on the development of business cases for new product expansions and commercial opportunities.

Provide essential financial, operational, and strategic analysis to guide key business decisions.

Help draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and support the development of partner-led propositions and solutions.

Track and monitor the progress of commercialization efforts, ensuring they meet both partner and market needs.

Conduct in-depth research on global fintech trends and digital banking developments to drive strategy.

Benchmark partner opportunities against competitors, identifying emerging trends and business models.

Maintain and update project dashboards, providing regular status reports on timelines, risks, and milestones.

Work closely with internal teams (product, tech, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth project implementation.

Assist in identifying regulatory factors that may affect target markets.

Highlight risks, dependencies, and potential challenges in commercialization plans.

Help prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, ensuring key stakeholders are kept in the loop.

Serve as a key point of contact between digital partnerships and internal teams, ensuring alignment across the board.
Candidate Requirements:

A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Technology; CFA/MBA is a plus.

3-5 years of experience in product management, consulting, finance, or similar fields.

Strong financial acumen, with experience in creating and analyzing P&L statements, revenue models, and business cases.

Practical experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

A solid understanding of fintech and digital banking across various global markets.

Experience with product management, including writing PRDs and supporting commercialization efforts.

Ability to link financial analysis with product features, business opportunities, and partnerships.

Strong communicator with the ability to present complex financial insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
