Company Description
We build mobile apps that millions of people around the world actually use. Our products live in the Utilities, Photo & Video, and Lifestyle categories, and they are built primarily for the US market. We are AI-first by default most of what we ship is shaped by what's newly possible with AI, not just decorated with it.
Our work has been featured by Apple and Google more times than we can count, and our user base is past 10 million and still growing. We are a small, design-driven team based in Istanbul, and the way we work reflects that: fewer people, more ownership, faster decisions.
The Role
Most of our growth happens inside the App Store and Play Store, but the web is becoming a real product surface for us; landing pages, web onboarding, paywalls, web-to-app journeys, and standalone web products that complement our mobile apps. We are looking for a Web Product Manager who will own all of it end-to-end.
This is not a narrowly scoped role. You will work on acquisition funnels one week, on a paywall experiment the next, and on a web companion experience for a new app the week after. You will be the person who decides what gets built on the web and why, and you will defend those decisions with data.
You will work closely with our mobile PMs, designers, marketing, and engineering teams. Hybrid setup, Istanbul-based.
What You'll Do
-
Own the web product roadmap from funnel pages to subscription flows to web product experiences for our mobile apps
-
Run experiments on funnel, paywall, pricing and layout anything that moves a number
-
Dig into the funnel and find where users drop off, then decide whether the answer is a UX fix, a copy change, a pricing test, or a rebuild
-
Partner with designers on flows that feel as polished as our mobile apps
-
Write briefs that engineers can actually build from. Short, specific, and clear about the metric you're trying to move
-
Coordinate with mobile PMs so web and app stay aligned on pricing, positioning, and value prop
-
Watch retention and churn on web subscriptions and act on what the data shows
-
Benchmark what other consumer apps are doing on the web and turn good ideas into action
What We're Looking For
-
3+ years as a Web PM, ideally on a B2C subscription product
-
Strong opinions on funnels, conversion, and how to read an A/B test without fooling yourself
-
Comfortable with the tools (Amplitude or Mixpanel, GA, Hotjar, Stripe / Paddle, Figma, Jira)
-
You should care about how things look and feel, not just how they convert
-
Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions.
-
Ability to collaborate with teammates and communicate findings clearly
-
Good written and spoken English
Nice to Have
-
You've worked on AI-powered consumer products

You've shipped web products that work alongside mobile apps

You've been hands-on with pricing and monetization decisions
