Job Title: Product Manager / Business Analyst

Location: Coimbatore

Department:Product Management

Key Responsibilities:

● Define and own the product roadmap based on business goals and user feedback

● Work closely with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements

● Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories

● Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery

● Define and track key metrics to measure product performance

● Drive product launches, including working with marketing and customer support

● Continuously improve the product based on market trends and user research

Required Qualifications:

● 4+ years of experience in product management in a technology (Software) company

● Proven track record of shipping successful products

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

● Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in managing B2C products

● Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar

● Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
