What you will do for Sectona as Product Marketer - Primary Responsibilities
We are looking to onboard a Product Marketer for our next phase of growth. As a Product Marketer, you will play a key role in developing our product positioning and messaging. You will help develop our go-to-market strategy and execute flawless product launches. You will be responsible for understanding the market landscape, identifying our TAM, segmenting our target audience, and creating the right positioning, targeting plan and channel mix to meet Sectona’s pipeline goals.
In this role, you will become intimately familiar with the business goals of our customers and determine how our products can best help meet their critical objectives. You will write content that communicates the value proposition to our target customers.

Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential channels, analyze market trends, and assess competitor activities to inform strategy development.

Positioning and Messaging: Define the product's value proposition and create a uniform, compelling message across all platforms.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute GTM plans and product launch strategies, coordinating with product development, sales, and external partners to ensure alignment.

Content Creation and Digital Marketing: Manage content for websites and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing).

Sales Enablement: Create sales tools and materials, such as brochures and presentations, and train sales teams on product features and messaging to effectively communicate value to potential customers.

Event Planning and Management: Plan and execute participation in industry trade events, conferences (like Gartner and KuppingerCole), and webinars to enhance brand recognition and generate leads.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to optimize future efforts and maximize ROI.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, product management, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution across the customer journey.
Requirements
- MBA marketing and graduation preferably in IT
Proven experience between 2-3 years in a marketing or product marketing role, particularly in the B2B software or cybersecurity industry, is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, marketing analytics, CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus), and content management systems.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
