We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist with direct experience in the security industry to help us expand our reach and strengthen our brand.

Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, enhance brand awareness, and support business growth. Candidates must have a proven background in both marketing and the security guard industry, with a strong understanding of its unique services, regulations, and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting property managers, event venues, corporate offices, and other potential clients.

Create marketing materials (flyers, ads, digital campaigns, social media content) tailored to the security industry.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the private security sector.

Build relationships with potential clients through outreach, networking, and presentations.

Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.

Required Qualifications

Direct experience in the security guard industry (marketing, operations, or client-facing role).

1+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B services.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, social media platforms, email campaigns, CRM systems).

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on tight timelines.

Preferred Skills

Existing network or client relationships within the security or facilities management industries.

Experience with trade shows, sponsorships, and community events.

Graphic design or content creation skills (Adobe, Canva, etc.).
