Main Responsibilities

Lead and execute data-driven product marketing strategies for Rollic’s top-performing games and IP-based games, with a strong focus on the US market. Ensure full alignment with brand guidelines, product roadmaps, and partner expectations.

Shape and implement IP marketing strategies, turning top-performing games into global IPs. Drive 360° brand communications, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.

Leverage influencer marketing and social media expertise to boost awareness, engagement, and player acquisition.

Act as the primary liaison between Rollic’s internal teams, studios, and IP partners throughout development, ensuring expectations and brand standards are fully met.

Manage day-to-day collaboration with Zynga teams, building strong, trust-based relationships.

Partner with product, creative, and growth teams to continuously optimize marketing strategies and creative execution.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights that shape strategy and inspire teams.

Embed a test–measure–learn mindset in all campaigns, ensuring every activation delivers measurable impact and actionable learnings.

Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaign budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Desired Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in brand marketing with a track record of successful, commercially impactful campaigns.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business or related field.

3+ years in mobile, product, or brand marketing.

Data-driven marketer with the ability to turn insights into strategies.

Experience managing cross-functional teams.

Expertise in integrated marketing across paid, owned, and organic channels.

Proven success in leading large-scale global campaigns, including ATL and TV productions.

Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience with influencer marketing.

Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting work.
