
Product Marketing Specialist
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaign planning and execution for Sumerge’s Digital Experience and Modernization offerings.

Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, events, PR, and partner ecosystems.

Manage content strategy and production — case studies, whitepapers, videos, brochures, and success stories.

Drive thought leadership and PR initiatives to position Sumerge as a regional authority in digital transformation.

Build and maintain GTM playbooks, product messaging, and positioning frameworks aligned with business priorities.

Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to translate technical capabilities into market-ready value propositions.

Partner with Sales and Presales to develop enablement tools (sales decks, battlecards, one-pagers, playbooks).

Plan and execute executive events, webinars, and customer showcases that highlight modernization outcomes.

Manage marketing performance dashboards, track ROI, and optimize campaigns based on analytics.

Oversee regional alignment of campaigns across Egypt, UAE, KSA, Qatar, and GCC markets.

Ensure brand consistency and storytelling quality across all internal and external touchpoints.

Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and modernization technologies to refine strategy and messaging.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

3-5 years of experience in product or campaign marketing within IT, SaaS, or digital transformation environments.

Proven experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.

Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent campaigns.
