Role Overview

The Product Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving Authentica’s growth under the T2 Hub. Reporting directly to the Product Marketing Manager (PMM), this role focuses on executing marketing strategies, managing operational tasks, and supporting product launches. The position is foundational to increasing user acquisition, driving activations, and building brand awareness while aligning with T2’s cultural values of teamwork, adaptability, and innovation.

Organizational Placement

- Team: T2 Hub

- Reports To: Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for Authentica

- Primary Focus: Authentica (with potential to support other products in T2 Hub in the future)

- Work Location: On-site in Riyadh, Alyasmin

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Execution:

- Implement marketing plans such as product launches, referral programs, and influencer campaigns.

- Manage operational tasks, including tool activations and SEO strategies.

2. Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager, freelancers, and agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.

- Follow up on deliverables and remove obstacles to maintain workflow efficiency.

3. Research and Benchmarking:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and execution.

4. Strategic Initiative Ownership:

- Take ownership of at least one major initiative by the end of the internship, delivering measurable results.

5. Exhibitions and Representation:

- Represent Authentica at key events (e.g., LEAP, Black Hat, Seamless), networking and gathering leads.

6. External Interactions:

- Conduct client interviews and provide actionable insights.

- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers for content, design, and campaign support.
