Product Officer

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Product Officer to support our sales and marketing operations. The role involves extensive coordination with teams, field staff (ISK & OSK), and customers, with a strong focus on market execution and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities between the sales and marketing teams.
• Communicate regularly with field staff (OSK) to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the implementation of marketing strategies.
• Provide product Training for New joiners & Our Executives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Organize and coordinate marketing events and field campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda (BAMS).
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of Ayurveda principles, products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a field environment

Preferred Experience:

• 0–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Ayurveda-based organizations.
• Experience in training or supporting field representatives.

Additional Information:

• This role requires 80% travel and direct interaction with field staff and customers ( Out Side Kerala).
• Candidates should be adaptable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn during the 6-month training phase.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
