About the Role:
As a Product Owner, you will help shape the vision, strategy, and execution of products that deliver meaningful impact to our users and business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders—to define priorities, create clarity, and drive outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to influence product direction early in your career while growing as a product leader.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.
• Translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure seamless execution of sprints.
• Support product launches, feature rollouts, and adoption strategies.
• Gather insights from data, research, and customer feedback to inform future iterations.
• Champion product vision and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a product-related role.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and product development lifecycles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build alignment.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Exposure to UI/UX design thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
