What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

Drive Innovation & Support Strategic Vision:
Lead the execution, development, integration, and application management of Sales Force Automation (SFA) Systems across national and international markets. Challenge existing practices and identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements, automation, and process optimization in Sales Force Automation. Continuously assess industry trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations to support leadership in shaping long-term technology strategies.

Own The Product Lifecycle:
Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This includes requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support for sales force effectiveness systems. Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and performance.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with business units including sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and human resources to define product vision and ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into innovative product capabilities.

Manage Priorities & Roadmap:
Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements based on business impact and strategic goals.

Project Planning & Budgeting:
Plan, estimate costs, build schedules, and track progress to ensure efficient resource allocation and budget adherence. Coordinate external and internal resources for project implementations (roll-outs, training sessions, and supporting issues) utilizing the selected partner.

Enable Data-Driven & AI-Powered Solutions
: Identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements and support the development of analytics-powered solutions to enhance sales effectiveness, operational efficiency and decision-making. Utilize advanced analytics, reporting tools, and AI-driven recommendations to improve product functionality, measure adoption, and ensure continuous improvement.

Implementation & Change Management:
Drive the end-to-end implementation process for new requirements, including communication, negotiation, risk mitigation, and change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and processes.

Ensure Performance & Quality:
Coordinate and execute internal/user testing of sales force automation developments, including integration with other applications to validate that solutions meet business requirements and perform efficiently. Use KPIs and data insights to optimize internal workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Incident & Risk Management:
Manage incident resolution and problem management, acting as the primary liaison with vendor support on all issues. Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks to ensure system reliability and business continuity.

Lead Vendor & SaaS
Management:
Manage the integration and performance of third-party SaaS solutions, ensuring their alignment with internal systems and business goals. Actively engage with internal/external stakeholders and third-party vendors/technical teams on overall approach and delivery times to ensure service excellence.
What will be the qualifications we expect from you?

A Bachelor's degree preferably in a technology-related field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or relevant disciplines).

At least 2 years of proven experience in managing product lifecycles and delivering impactful digital solutions as a Product Owner or similar role in the FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry, with a focus on sales operations.

Strong understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFA) technologies, domains (master data, campaign, order, invoice, checkout, visit, route, stock..etc) and best practices.

Experience working with SaaS solutions, managing third-party software vendors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Proven experience managing relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.

Experience in Agile methodologies and product management best practices.

Hands-on experience or strong understanding of project management and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.
