Product Owner

We seek a strategic and technically fluent Product Owner to lead the roadmap, development, and partner enablement of our Cloud platform. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services requirements, regulatory compliance (e.g., BRSA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001), and cloud native technologies. As the voice of the customer and regulator within the product team, you will align stakeholders, prioritize high impact features, and deliver secure, compliant, and scalable cloud capabilities for banks, FinTechs, and regulated institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the Cloud product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory frameworks, and business goals
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, incorporating feedback from customers, sales, compliance, and operations teams
• Lead quarterly planning, OKR alignment, and cross functional coordination to execute the roadmap
• Translate complex banking workloads and compliance requirements into cloud native features and services
• Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and security teams to ensure all features are resilient, auditable, and compliant
• Guide delivery teams on topics such as data sovereignty, DR/BCP, tenant isolation, SLA definitions, and regulatory onboarding
• Act as the primary liaison between technology, compliance, business, and external partners
• Work closely with clients, including banks and financial institutions, to capture use cases, codesign solutions, and manage feature adoption
• Prepare and deliver product demos, workshops, and regulatory briefings to clients and governing bodies
• Support partner enablement, and pricing strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing
• Track product performance via KPIs, customer satisfaction, and usage analytics
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and product increment planning with Agile delivery teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in product management, solutions architecture, or cloud platform delivery
• 3+ years of experience working with or serving the banking or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., VMware, OpenStack, Azure, AWS) and cloud native concepts (Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD)
• Familiarity with BRSA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or other financial regulatory frameworks
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Product Owner certifications: PSPO, CSPO, SAFe POPM
• PMP Certification
• Cloud or security certifications: Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, ISO 27001 LA, or equivalent
• Experience managing B2B platform products, especially in multitenant or regulated environments
• Proven ability to translate technical requirements into customer value and compliance outcomes
