This is an exciting opportunity to shape key business applications, drive product strategy, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class digital solutions.The RoleAs Product Owner, you'll work closely with project teams and third-party agencies to ensure high-quality delivery across all phases of the application and project lifecycle. You will:

• Own the direction and features of critical business applications
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support business initiatives
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and produce specifications and feasibility reports
• Conduct gap analysis, support UAT, and assist with user training and system rollout
• Coordinate projects and resources to achieve deliverables efficiently

You will be a key point of contact for digital solutions, ensuring applications meet business needs and follow best-practice methodologies.About YouEssential:

• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and modern digital solutions
• Experience in change management/business in a commercial environment
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Analytical, structured, logical thinking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio
• Experience with cloud computing, web, CMS, and API technologies
• BA Diploma modules or equivalent

Desirable:

• PRINCE2 or Agile (SCRUM) experience
• AWS or Azure experience
