Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Live gaming and real-time experiences, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through delivery and optimisations. This role sits at the intersection of player experience, studio operations, third-party providers, and platform engineering.

You will act as the single point of product accountability, translating commercial goals and player behaviour into clear, prioritised delivery for engineering and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery

• Own and maintain the game presenter product backlog, ensuring alignment with the CPO’s product strategy.
• Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities for gaming features and integrations.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable, low-latency, high-availability player experiences.

Player Experience & Engagement

• Optimise table discovery, lobby UX, game flow, and streaming performance across mobile and desktop.
• Use player data to drive improvements in session length, concurrency, and retention.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to continuously refine the interactive gaming experience.

Vendor & Platform Integration

• Act as the primary product interface with game providers (e.g. Evolution, Playtech, Pragmatic Live).
• Manage roadmap dependencies, certifications, table launches, and jurisdictional rollouts.
• Ensure platform integrations meet performance, compliance, and operational requirements.

Commercial & Operational Impact

• Own Live Dealer KPIs including GGR, table utilisation, peak concurrency, drop-off rates, and feature adoption.
• Collaborate with trading, operations, and marketing teams on promotions, table configurations, and launches.
• Identify opportunities for innovation such as branded tables, game variants, and hybrid experiences.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in online gaming or real-time digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of Live Casino mechanics, streaming constraints, and player behaviour.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and complex integrations.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with distributed engineering teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into prioritized action.
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Deep domain experience (igaming/ Payments/ Slots)
• Success operating across multiple markets
• Remote delivery experience across time zones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED201,987.00 - AED330,524.00 per year
