Serve as the primary point of contact for the product’s development and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Understand user needs and business objectives, providing clear product requirements and prioritization.
Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, and marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and proactively address issues to ensure product success.
Identify opportunities for product improvements, new features, and value addition.
Prepare product reports, roadmaps, and status updates for stakeholders.
Ensure all product documentation, user stories, and requirements are well-organized and up-to-date.
Stay informed about industry trends, market needs, and competitor products to provide valuable insights.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4–5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
Proven experience in leading product strategy and execution
Strong background in Agile / Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks
Experience managing complex product roadmaps and multiple teams
Deep understanding of market trends, user experience, and customer needs
Ability to define KPIs and measure product success
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
