Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who can drive product vision, manage backlogs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments, stakeholder management, and exposure to AI or data-driven products.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals.

Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Lead Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives in collaboration with Scrum Masters and development teams.

Work closely with stakeholders, leadership, design, and engineering teams to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with UX teams to ensure products meet user experience and business needs.

Participate in roadmap planning and contribute to product strategy and vision.

Support delivery of AI/data-heavy products, working with data teams where applicable.

Use tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for documentation, tracking, and reporting.

Maintain a basic understanding of technical concepts, system integrations, and AI-powered platforms to facilitate effective communication with technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies.

Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Experience working on AI-driven or data-intensive products (intermediate level).

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.

Solid understanding of UX principles and business analysis.

Basic understanding of technical architecture and system integrations.

Exposure to AI/ML platforms or AI-powered systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills

Experience in fast-paced or scaling product environments.

Background in SaaS, data platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
