Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who can drive product vision, manage backlogs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments, stakeholder management, and exposure to AI or data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Lead Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives in collaboration with Scrum Masters and development teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, leadership, design, and engineering teams to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to ensure products meet user experience and business needs.
  • Participate in roadmap planning and contribute to product strategy and vision.
  • Support delivery of AI/data-heavy products, working with data teams where applicable.
  • Use tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of technical concepts, system integrations, and AI-powered platforms to facilitate effective communication with technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience working on AI-driven or data-intensive products (intermediate level).
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and business analysis.
  • Basic understanding of technical architecture and system integrations.
  • Exposure to AI/ML platforms or AI-powered systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in fast-paced or scaling product environments.
  • Background in SaaS, data platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
