Product Owner – Benefits Administration (US Healthcare Domain)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Benefits Administration and deep expertise in the US Healthcare domain . The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric healthcare solutions. This role will be based out of our Hyderabad office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis, primarily in US healthcare and benefits administration .
• Strong understanding of US healthcare plans , benefits eligibility, enrollment workflows, COBRA, FSA, HSA, etc.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Prior experience with HIPAA-compliant systems and healthcare data workflows.
