Product Owner - Crypto Neobanking App

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office). Important: Hybrid work is an object for change at any time.

About the Role

We're seeking a Product Owner to drive the development of our crypto/financial neobanking mobile application. You'll own the product backlog, define user stories, and work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver a seamless digital banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog in Plane
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into product features
• Work with engineering teams through sprint planning and refinement
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions
• Ensure compliance requirements are embedded into product development

Requirements

• 3+ years of product ownership experience, preferably in fintech or crypto
• Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle
• Experience with cryptocurrency, DeFi, or digital banking products
• Familiarity with Plane or similar product management tools (Jira, Linear)
• Excellent communication skills in English
