Product Owner-Experienced Required 6 years

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals and customer requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, QA, UX/UI designers, and management throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing products.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review sessions.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to prioritize competing requirements and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates must have 3–6 years of experience in the FinTech industry. Experience in one or more of the following domains will be highly preferred: Banking, Digital Payments, E-Wallets, Remittance Solutions, SaaS Platforms, and ERP Systems.
