Product Owner – Slots & Game Content Platforms

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead our Slots and Game Content ecosystem, owning how games are integrated, discovered, promoted, and optimised across our platforms.

This role focuses on maximizing content performance, player engagement, and commercial return, while ensuring scalability across multiple studios, providers, and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Game Content Product Ownership

• Own the slots and content platform backlog including game aggregation, metadata, lobbies, and promotions.
• Define requirements for game onboarding, configuration, categorisation, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, provider-agnostic content services.

Discovery & Engagement

• Optimise game discovery, filters, search, and recommendation logic.
• Work with UX and data teams to improve CTR, session depth, and repeat play.
• Support personalisation initiatives based on player behaviour and preferences.

Provider & Release Management

• Act as the product interface for slot providers and aggregators.
• Manage game release pipelines, certifications, and regional availability.
• Coordinate launches, featured placements, and promotional mechanics.

Commercial Performance

• Own KPIs including GGR per game, RTP performance, volatility mix, and content utilisation.
• Support marketing and CRM teams with content-driven campaigns and mechanics.
• Identify opportunities for exclusive content, mechanics, or differentiated experiences.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in online casino or digital content platforms.
• Strong understanding of slot mechanics, RTP, volatility, and player engagement patterns.
• Experience managing large content catalogues and multiple external providers.
• Comfortable working with analytics, UX, and commercial stakeholders.
• Agile delivery experience with distributed teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures with hybrid experience beneficial.
• Strong written documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bias toward outcomes over outputs.

Pay: AED201,987.00 - AED330,524.00 per year
