As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for the execution of product features that enable seamless integration of IoT, automation, and data analytics in smart buildings. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure the platform delivers measurable value to building owners, operators, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for the Para Platform in alignment with company strategy and customer needs.
• Translate high-level vision and business goals into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders including building owners, facilities managers, IoT partners, and internal teams to gather insights and validate requirements.
• Champion customer experience and usability, ensuring that product decisions are guided by data and feedback.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in smart buildings and IoT to inform product strategy.
• Track product performance using KPIs such as adoption, engagement, system uptime, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the voice of the customer during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in SaaS, IoT, PropTech, or smart building domains.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with IoT platforms, building management systems (BMS), or energy management solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Experience

• Background in smart buildings, real estate technology, or facility management.
• Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML, or cloud-based IoT integrations.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
