About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with expertise in the finance domain and strong exposure to AI/ML-based products. The ideal candidate should have experience in defining product strategy, working with cross-functional teams, and driving innovative AI solutions tailored for financial services, fintech, and banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-driven finance products.
• Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, data science, and finance teams to translate requirements into impactful solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from clients, stakeholders, and users.
• Design user-centric financial products that leverage AI/ML for risk management, fraud detection, predictive analytics, investment insights, or automation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security.
• Track KPIs, monitor product performance, and iterate based on feedback.
• Act as the bridge between business, technology, and clients to ensure successful delivery.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Product Management with hands-on exposure to finance and AI/ML products.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, fintech, or banking domain.
• Proven experience in launching and scaling AI-powered financial products.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹652,040.89 - ₹962,776.78 per year
