About the Role
We are seeking a Product Owner/Forward Deployment Engineer to bridge product strategy and technical execution within our Portfolio Services division. This hybrid role combines product ownership, hands-on technical implementation, and client-facing deployment to deliver AI-powered solutions that transform how we serve our clients.
You will own the complete lifecycle of AI agents and automation tools—from strategy and design through deployment and adoption—ensuring solutions are built right and adopted successfully across our organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & Strategy
- Define and prioritize product roadmap for AI agents and automation tools, aligned with business objectives and client needs
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
- Own the product backlog, balancing immediate business needs with long-term strategic goals
- Conduct user research and gather requirements from Portfolio Services teams and clients
Technical Deployment & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end deployment of AI solutions into live Portfolio Services environments
- Configure, customize, and integrate AI agents with existing systems and workflows
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and provide hands-on problem resolution
- Build proof-of-concepts and MVPs to validate solution feasibility and business value
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Partner with Transaction Management, Lease Administration, and Consulting teams to understand pain points
- Train end-users on new AI tools and capabilities, ensuring successful adoption
- Gather post-deployment feedback and iterate solutions based on real-world performance
- Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams
Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure AI solutions comply with governance frameworks, security standards, and ethical guidelines
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and deployment processes
- Monitor solution performance and implement improvements based on usage data and feedback
- Maintain quality standards throughout the development and deployment lifecycle
Required QualificationsTechnical Skills
- 10+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, or technical implementation roles
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, automation platforms, or enterprise software deployment
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data workflows
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Business & Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of commercial real estate operations, particularly Portfolio Services functions
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to understand complex workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Strong grasp of change management principles and user adoption strategies

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks
- Background in real estate technology, PropTech, or enterprise SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with AI agents, LLMs, or generative AI applications
- Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles
- Certifications in Product Management (CSPO, CPO) or relevant technical certifications
