Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on graphic designer to take products from “waiting list” to “ready to launch.” You’ll design print-ready packaging Mockups (labels, boxes, pouches, inserts) and create Amazon listing images (main image, infographics, lifestyle, comparison) plus A+ Content for the same products. This role starts part-time with strong potential to convert to full-time after 1–2 months based on performance.
Duties
- Packaging & Label Design
- Create brand-consistent labels, boxes, pouches, sleeves, inserts, and barcodes.
- Prepare press-ready files (PDF/X), layered working files (AI/PSD), and export sheets for factories.
- Occasionally create/update logos and simple brand marks as needed for new SKUs.
- Amazon Listing Creative: Produce full image sets: main image (white background), hero, infographics, lifestyle, comparison, what’s included, dimensions, etc.
- Design A+ Content/Brand Story modules (desktop & mobile), aligning visuals with copy and compliance notes.
- Ensure all assets meet Amazon requirements (white background main image, 1600–2560px sides, clear cropping, 85% product coverage, correct file formats).
- Coordinate basic product research to differentiate vs. top competitors’ visuals.
Success Metrics (What “Great” Looks Like)
- On-time delivery: Packaging + full image set delivered within agreed timelines
- Listing quality: Image sets that improve CTR and readability (clear benefits, strong hierarchy, clean typography).
- Brand consistency: Visual cohesion across products and A+ Content.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Portfolio showing packaging work
- Ability to follow a brief, meet deadlines, and iterate fast with feedback.
- Clear communication; organized files and layers.
- Experience creating Amazon listing images and A+ Content (or similar e-commerce image stacks).
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (InDesign a plus).
Nice to Have
- Figma (component libraries), Canva (team templates), light 3D/mockups (Blender/Dimension).
- Photo retouching/compositing; stock photo sourcing.
- Familiarity with regulated categories (health/supplement): layout discipline and cautious copy placement.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Storefront banners and Brand Story best practices.
Compensation & Schedule
- Part-time to start (e.g., ~20 hours/week), with potential to convert to full-time after 1–2 months.
- Location: Remote-friendly.
- Schedule: Flexible, 4 hours/Day within 9am-5pm in Eastern Time for feedback and stand-ups.
How We’ll Work (Typical Workflow)
- You receive a product brief (SKU, specs, claims to avoid, dimensions, competitors).
- You propose a mini moodboard + quick direction for packaging (fonts, color, layout approach).
- You deliver the packaging first draft on the correct dieline.
- After approval, you create the full Amazon image set and A+ Content.
- You deliver final assets + editable files in a clean folder structure.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
