Product Performance Analyst

Summary:

Tapmad is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product performance analyst to manage day-to-day business operations and provide actionable insights through reporting. The role will ensure smooth execution of vendor coordination, inventory management, and performance reporting for our e-commerce and digital product portfolio. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and improve business efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Monitor digital inventory and ensure adequate stock levels across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and payment partners for smooth integration and issue resolution.
  • Manage operational workflows, ensuring SLA compliance (fulfillment, refunds, reversals, escalations).
  • Support the onboarding of new products, merchants, and payment methods.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (revenue, transactions, user growth, inventory, and campaign results).
  • Develop dashboards and automated reporting for management visibility.
  • Track KPIs (e.g., sales, margins, churn, vendor performance, customer acquisition/retention).
  • Conduct variance and trend analysis to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making for campaigns, pricing, and partnerships.

Cross-Functional Support

· Coordinate with finance on reconciliation, invoicing, and payment settlements.

· Work with tech/product teams for system enhancements and process automation.

· Liaise with customer support to analyze complaints, refunds, and product-related issues.

Requiremnets:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Products, or Telecom Operations.

· Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI, SQL preferred).

· Experience in managing vendors/partners and working with cross-functional teams.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.

· Ability to handle high transaction volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

· Knowledge of payment gateways, wallet systems, and digital product distribution.

· Experience in campaign and discount performance tracking.

· Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, APIs).

· Strong communication skills.

KPIs / Success Metrics

· Accuracy and timeliness of daily operations.

· Reduction in order fulfillment errors / delays.

· Accuracy and relevance of reporting dashboards.

· Vendor SLA compliance and operational efficiency.

· Contribution to revenue growth through insights and optimizations.
