ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus: Execution, Data Management, Coordination, and Analysis.

Portfolio Lifecycle Support: Assist in managing the product portfolio from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring all operational steps align with company goals.

Analysis & Reporting: Support regular portfolio reviews by gathering data and creating reports on growth opportunities, market trends, and product performance.

Phase-In/Phase-Out Execution: Execute the tactical steps for introducing new products and phasing out obsolete items, ensuring systems and teams are updated.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central liaison between product, sourcing, marketing, sales, and supply planning to ensure smooth transitions and project momentum.

Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to support the manager in identifying customer needs, monitoring the competitive landscape, and spotting emerging trends.

Data-Driven Recommendations: Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that support decisions regarding product development, enhancements, and SKU rationalization.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain consistent communication with relevant departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) to keep product projects on track.

Process Improvement: Contribute to a collaborative culture by identifying bottlenecks in current processes and suggesting improvements.

Budget Tracking: Track expenses related to the product portfolio to ensure projects stay within the allocated budget.

KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding portfolio success, highlighting areas that need attention.

Technical Data Management (Critical): Own and maintain the product data standards (naming, UoM, Product Type). Lead the data validation process, including the management of Data Sheets (PDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and other technical marketing documents.

Packaging & Labeling Coordination: Coordinate the packaging process for product lines—ensuring label designs, technical requirements, and brand integrity meet standards, and managing the approval routing across multiple departments.
Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in product management, marketing operations, or portfolio analysis.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate numbers into actionable insights.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.

Tech Stack:

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills required for data management; PowerPoint for reporting).

Experience with MS Power BI and Salesforce is highly preferred.

Experience working with automation tools, AI-powered assistants, or basic scripting (e.g., Python, VBA, or similar) is considered a strong plus.
