Product Research & Manufacturing Specialist (UV, DTF, Sublimation and Embroidery Machines)

We are looking for a Product Research & Manufacturing Specialist with experience in UV printing, embroidery, sublimation, DTF, and textile printing. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating new product ideas, researching trends, and analyzing competitors while having hands-on knowledge of printing machines and design tools like CorelDRAW and Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

Product Research & Trend Analysis

• Research trending products by browsing various websites and analyzing competitors.
• Identify new product ideas within the same niche and suggest innovative designs.
• Track e-commerce and market trends to develop unique custom products.

Manufacturing & Production

• Work with UV, embroidery, sublimation, DTF, and textile printing machines.
• Ensure high-quality production and material selection.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for better efficiency and cost control.

Design & Technical Expertise

• Use CorelDRAW and Illustrator to create and modify product designs.
• Prepare files for printing with correct specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team for seamless execution.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in product research & manufacturing.
✔ Strong knowledge of UV, embroidery, sublimation, DTF, and textile printing.
✔ Proficiency in CorelDRAW & Illustrator for product design.
✔ Ability to research market trends and competitor products.
✔ Strong attention to detail and creativity in product development.
