Product Research & Sourcing Assistant

We are looking for a Product Research & Sourcing Assistant to help us identify and source innovative therapy, sensory and other products. The role mostly combines online research with local supplier engagement and occasional sample procurement/testing.

Key responsibilities:

1. Research trending and innovative occupational therapy/sensory/dementia products by monitoring blogs, forums, Facebook groups, therapy marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, OT-specific shops).
2. Compile product findings into organized reports (Google Sheets/Excel) with:
3. Product details, photos, links
4. Price range & customer reviews

5. Search on Alibaba, 1688 or similar websites to find the sourcing companies
6. Identify and connect with local manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers in Delhi/NCR and nearby markets.
7. Communicate with suppliers to gather product catalogs, price lists, and MOQ details.
8. Procure product samples locally (if required), test them, and provide feedback.

Requirements:

Strong online and offline research skills.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (to talk to local suppliers).
Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel for maintaining reports.
Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently from home.

Preferred but not mandatory:

Prior experience in product research, sourcing, or e-commerce.
Familiarity with healthcare/therapy/sensory products.

Pay: ₹12,279.64 - ₹20,993.72 per month
